Despatch Estimates

Each product has a despatch guide, this means that if you place your order today by 2pm then we will process and despatch your order within the time frame stated.

We always aim to despatch the item within the time specified, which means that the item will leave our premises in that time.

The time for the delivery to transport your goods to you are in addition to despatch times. See below to view our delivery policy with full details of cost and timescale. Please be aware that if there are issues with your payment processing this could hold up the despatch process.

Mixed despatch times?

If your order contains items with mixed despatch times we will despatch when all items are in stock to minimise delivery costs.
If an item is urgent and is available for despatch on the same day then please contact us and we will despatch this as soon as possible.

All despatch and delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not a guarantee. We do update this information regularly so endeavour to ensure it is as accurate as possible.

RIDGID® Tools Direct, working alongside DPD aim to make using our service as easy as possible. DPD is one of the UK's leading time critical services carriers and can satisfy all your distribution needs whether your consignments are for the UK or elsewhere in the world.

Note: To qualify for next day delivery your order must be placed before 1pm the previous day.

Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes things can go a little wrong for a number of reasons, which is why we have created this returns guide to cover all eventualities.

If you wish to send an item back we ask that you send it via a reputable delivery company in the original condition and packaging, we will reimburse all costs if your return qualifies. Please use our quick return guide for full details of the return procedure.

All RIDGID® Products come with a lifetime warranty, if an item arrives and is faulty we will organise a repair or replacement under your warranty agreement.

If the wrong item is sent by us, we will reimburse your costs for returning the item to us & send replacement at our cost.

If the item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately so we can discuss the matter with the courier and make arrangements for a replacement.

We will refund the cost of the item returned only, we will not refund the cost of delivery and your cost to send back to us.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount, you will be notified if this affects your return.

* Items ordered and manufactured specifically to fulfil your order are non-refundable. If faulty we will arrange a repair or replacement under the RIDGID® Lifetime Warranty agreement.


Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. If your item is faulty this would be covered by the RIDGID® Lifetime Warranty and we will arrange for a RIDGID® specialist to repair or replace your item.

In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to charge you for cost of the specialists time.

If the item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately so we can discuss the matter with the courier and make arrangements for a replacement.

How will I be refunded if I return my item within 30 days?

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item.

We will not refund the cost of delivery, return delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee, we will inform you if this effects you when you request your return.

Items ordered and manufactured specifically to fulfil your order are non-refundable. If faulty we will arrange a repair or replacement under the RIDGID® Lifetime Warranty agreement.

How will I be refunded if I return my item within the 7-day "cooling off" period?

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.

Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item. We won't refund the cost of delivery, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided, unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on lines that have been ordered to fulfil your order.
